Q. What can’t you start your day without?
A. Stretching, So Darshan Chakra Kriya meditation, a run and green tea.

A. Oats or toast
Q. What beauty product can you not live without?
A. Frankincense oil in the bath and Lancome mascara.
Q. What gets you going for the day? (exercise/ wellbeing routine)
A. Stretching, meditation and mindfulness.
Q. Where you are most inspired?
A. In my garden with the bees. I have 2 bee hives.
Q. What cause are you currently championing?
A. Good question. A better menopause experience for women without resorting to HRT.
Q. Where is your happy place?
A. My home with partner and kids and dog, cats, bees, chicken and poly tunnel!
Q. How do you relax and switch off?
A. Reading, bee keeping, gardening, good tv or films, walking, running and strong core work.
Q. Book or Boxset – what are you reading/watching?
A. I’m reading at least 5 books in different locations! Love the novel 1Q84.
Q. Your bedtime routine?
A. Hot bath, hot herbal tea, a good book and a long chat in the dark!
